Those comments arise when the 'victim' does something reckless which results in a rescue effort (i.e. scrambling the 2nd flatiron on shrooms)... not when someone is injured while engaging in a recreational activity.

To say he is a photographer is a slight misnomer... Richards is a badass mountaineer who carries his camera along and documents his expeditions.

Would be nice if shoulders were added during the many past months of nightly closures and work. So close to oncoming traffic and significant cross winds leave no room for 'error'.

Rather than the smell of pot that many of those against this day have complained of, all CU students/employees get to smell an odor that everyone agrees is horrible. Good luck teaching classes in the rooms adjacent to the quad today...

It has been argued that CU-Boulder's reputation is negatively affected by 4/20, however the measures taken to stop this event have drawn even more national attention. Not to mention if something newsworthy occurs today: ex. in the event that these actions by the University cause some type of clash with police and 'protesters'.

Appears that these could be self-fulfilling actions that only stir up the problems they are attempting to target.

Failing to see the need for such a project.

Roadway traffic pick up around 4:45? Completely normal
Bottlenecks occasionally occurring? Completely normal
Car flow coming to a stop due to an accident? Completely normal
Car flow being affected by weather related road conditions? Completely normal

I've been driving 36 to work for many years and I haven't seen anything problematic reoccurring that wasn't covered above. (Aside from the Superior/Broomfield areas being abnormally difficult to navigate)
