I have an iPhone 3G stuck on 3.1 because my wifi doesnt work. And my phone is ultrasn0w unlocked.
So if i jailbreak it, i wont be able to download ultrasn0w when i come back from restore. Is there a way to inject ultrasn0w in the custom ipsw? I tried to add the repo on cydia settings in pwnage tool 4.1 but it wont find anything....

my brothers iphone 3g wi-fi is not working. and its currently unlocked. it depends on 3g to access the internet.

Is there a way to upgrade it to 4.0 and unlock with ultrasn0w without the use of internet? cuz i know u can inject your custom firmware with packages , but i cant seem to find ultrasn0w....

All set. I had my iPhone 3GSon 3.1 , downloaded firmware, created my custom firmware, entered recovery mode, option click the restore button to select my custom one and boom!
My cydia didnt open at first so i reset all my settings and it worked. Great job on the new tools. Fast and accurate.
Thx so much!! 8)
