TG, thankx for explaining this so clearly. Most of the outcry is that people don't necessarily understand what they have and what they don't have and have never taken the time to figure it out, hence it is scary when their perception is that something may be taken away. In the end, since this will be a political decision, we probably will wind up with a watered down version if anything at all, at least in my lifetime.
Very informational and totally correct about the individual regions and based on my own experience traveling around. My favorite is the fact that you actually have no idea what you are eating (unless you are living or from there or do your homework), but it tastes good no matter what, must be all the wonderful tasting cheese and sauces. Of course if you are an all American eater type, you may have some difficulty I suspect.
Ok, I can't wait to hear about the wine. And, maybe a long term road trip to Spain, Italy, well you get my drift.
Well, France is doing you very well. I have not laughed this much in a long time, albeit, very much the truth.
And, as for the good local food and great inexpensive wine, I would love to hear all about it.
That explains why my bill went up 63%. Unbelievable when the rest of us are just scraping along. The DPUC should be ashamed of themselves. Instead when you call CL&P to explain why, they direct you get an energy audit via an outsouced company and they charge you $75 to come to your house, look around and make recommendations or just turn off your air conditioning, well things like that. So much for regulation, they are all just regulating eachother.
I am sure some of the profits will go towards capital improvements, but perhaps the timing is off a bit with the economy just starting to bottom out and a recovery that will certainly take alot longer than usual, at least in my lifetime.
Easy to register. Great day for the SoNo Arts Celebration, wonderful line up of performing artists and lots of great exhibiting artists.
