Never beat Romney but has beaten Newt. Santorum is a much better choice than Newt though he does have his ethics challenges too and was a big porky spender.

These guys with a zipper problem should realize they can't kiss and tell and expect wifey to remain mum. I'll be she has more to say about his murcurial personality than just what we know about his mistreatment of women in general. How could any woman vote for a man who is a womanizer and despises women so much that he uses them then tosses them away like dirty linen.

The Bain thing was much worse than "they all do it!" If you haven't seen it, Fox did an interview with three of the people in that film (2 one time 1 another) and they all said they were totally misquoted by taking their words when they were talking about something else and making it look like it was about Bain. If you haven't seen this interview you need to check it out. It should be actionable for lible.

I think it is relevant especially since this isn't his only character flaw. Ethics violations at home and in the House led to his being kicked out as Speaker and fined $300K for lying to Congress.

Simply too flawed for the Presidency and the instability of not being able to stick to a marriage or a religion (on number 3) or a story (on Bain) shows a very murcurial and undependable personality type.

Sorry--the facts are that the Dems clearly do not want Romney in the race. He is the only candidate the D's have spent huge capital on derailing in all five early primary states. Besides, he is the only one running consistently even with or ahead of Obama. Rasmussen showed him +6 over Obama this week but the others were at best -3 behind O.

Mitt, somewhat unfortunately, is too much of a gentleman to point out the very seamy nature of this evil and snarky little man, Newt.

As Peggy Noonan put it a couple of weeks ago: Those who know and have worked with Mitt Romney are supporting him. Those who have worked with Newt and know him well are not.

Mitt should run a Swift Boat type ad with the members of Congress when Newt was/ then wasn't speaker to let us know who bad this guy really is. As one contemporary put it, "He has lots of ideas, but the attention span of a three year old to carry anything out." Also, a lot of his ideas are hairbrained--not well thought through.

No one gave Cain the chance to refute line by line what his mistresses said. Let's face it the real flip flopper in this race is Newt Gingrich. He flipped from his sick wives bed into that of his mistress(s?) and then he flopped into bed with his second wife but she got ill too--can't have that so he flipped again into the bed of his mistress(s?) and that resulted in his eventual marriage to the scarlet woman in the third part--Callista to whom he is still married and for whom he buys tons of jewels at Tiffany's to keep her.

He also flipped and flopped from one religion to another looking yet again for a church that would validate his serial wifery and his ethical malfeasance.

The He in Tyrant's post is Santorum--Not Romney. Santorum lost his bid for returning to his seat by 7000000votes and how on earth does he think he can win nation wide when he can't even win his own home state where he is an incumbent?
