i am willing to bet that the "king and queen" & the "soca monarch" will clash cause of delays and whatever =] ..... and the sad thing is that ppl would have already bought tickets so the NCC is paid regardless of what happens .... this is organized crime and they know that they will get away with it.

ppl this is really sad and advantageous ..... even a worst case scenario if the guy stole the id and bank card , he just wont be able to withdraw from the machine so leave him alone .... that is no reason to abuse and humiliate him ...... even if he's a thief or mentally ill, they could have just called the police and let the law and the bank deal with him ...... this is worst than planet of the apes.... and those apes knew what tree to climb.
