Once redsn0w says it's done, then close it, the rest of the jailbreak runs on the iPod. The spinning wheel is just saying the iPod is loading. It can take up to 5 minutes to finish. Then the ramdisk loads, jailbreaks, and reboots. Then you're done!

Anyone know some good apps with Peer-to-Peer in them? That's one of the 3.0 features I was looking forward to the most.

Yeah. Some JB apps will not work or are not stable. The jailed part of the firmware is fine.
