I do agree that you could attach this to almost any religion. However this is a MAJOR theme in our Christian history. Your answer has not even begin to touch on the depth of the problems that I simply summarized for you - here on earth against apostates.

I think you just hit on something blindly, and even you are unaware of it. Christians, at least most of them posting on here, act as if they are having a dick size contest against the works of "the left", as if that group actually cares. That is the true jealousy going on here. You want credit for things you've either done or not done over the credit of others. YOU WANT TOP BILLING!

You see Paul, all the Christians have to do is narrow down who they consider Christian, form a previously wider term, then they can filter out those that don't meet their agenda. They can call those filtered out unbelievers. I call those Christians who do the filtering Charlatans.
