What everyone should understand about Sarah Palin is that she, as of now, is not tied down to special interests. She is not the same old political class. She doesn't seem to play the same old political games. Those problems are getting old and I, for one, am ready for her to take us in a truly new direction.
Leave politics and the Republican Party now Mr. Sanford. You have let many of us down. You were selfish. Many people continue to fail to understand that their passionate, heat of the moment decisions will effect their selves and many others for much longer than their one passionate moment. This inident has made me understand more and more what Mr. Beck was talking about by saying both parties are in a world of their own for themselves.

Better hit junk food and fast food with heavy taxes also. That's hypocrisy to tax some unhealthy consumables and not the others. I'm not for the raise in any taxes, but if you're going to do it, do it fairly. If we are going to be a nanny socialist country, then be consistent at least.

This should be a special forces operation from top to bottom, and without political interference. The physical terrain and enemy in the Afghanistan theater demands special forces oriented warfare.
Anyone else want to step up to the plate like Mr. Cheney? Whoever does could have the driver's seat for opposition candidate and leader against Barack Obama. Mr. Cheney's only ambition is our good. I can't see any other reason he is making these rounds and defending the Bush security policies, that worked great, on the news channels.
This is scary stuff, a super majority. The best thing we all can do here is make sure 2010 balances this unchecked power out, I doubt the Democrats in power will take our concerns seriously. Even if you are not a conservative and/or Republican on this site, you shoud understand the dangers of a super majority. There is literally no stopping any bills, judges, etc. for Emperor Obama. The voters have turned this country into a socialist dictatorship.
