west ham mega shop is shocking, i just had to contact asking about where is my shirt. they then decide to inform me, even tho you pre-ordered your top, it wont be sent out till the 28th. How can a customer service be this bad, last year i went through the same for the away top.
i am so annoyed right now.. all i got was we should have told you.

i tend to wear a large, cant believe i am going to have to send the top straight back. i remember when the shirt first went on the web-site there was no size chart. i wonder if they will pay my postage back. lol

at least i know when ordering the home one, go for a small. thats a 42 i hear

Home shirts are too big too..

also shorts are messed up size wise too.. xxxl = 35 waist never.
who has done this, i remember a leeds fan saying the shirts came up big, to warn us. this big i would never have thought of

why has this happened.

has anyone noticed the shorts sizes are messed up a xxxl is for a 35inch waist.. i wear 34 and i am not a xxxl

why cant we get any thing simple and right?
