Impeachment is not the answer. That action is only qualified to be taken on legally sitting presidents. Since we know he was not qualified in the first place (and refuses to provide proof), he certainly is NOT the president. Since this will ultimately end up in some sort of court, we can not afford to refer to him as President. If so, this effectively establishes his claim to the presidency as valid in the court's eyes.
So, what we must do as the People, is ANNUL the 2008 vote, and call for new elections. According to the Constitution, We the People are the supreme authority in America, second only to God. All "elected" officials serve at our pleasure. We are superior first to the State government, and secondly to the Federal government. Second, Obama's 36 "czars" (his private government) are out on their collective ears. And especially third, ALL of Obama's Executive Orders, Presidential Directives, Appointments, and any laws he's signed into effect ARE NOW NULL AND VOID.

Now all we have to do is get Johnny American off the couch and on his hind legs.

When he ran for senate, it was no big secret that he was born in Kenya, and was raised Muslim. It was in all the main line news sources. It's very interesting that now you can't find those same stories even on LexisNexis. From all appearances, the files have been "sanitized".

Whatever action Holder may pursue against Arizona's timely and necessary law may be considered a "legal challenge", but it will not be Constitutional. At the very least, he's violating the 10th Amendment in doing so.

Then, look at Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution:
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion..."

Sounds like our "elected officials" have been derelict of their duties, as well as their oath to uphold the Constitution.

I remember taking my oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign or domestic. I also remember the pride and reverence I felt when making that oath. All of you serving and having served took the same oath, and I'm sure you felt the same way I did and do even now.

Question is, what are we going to do about it?

The problem with impeachment, is it's only for a legally sitting president. That's why I say nullify the vote and call for new elections. If we call for impeachment, it gives the monster credibility he does not deserve.
In fact, if something like that happened in court the judge would say we have admitted that his claim is true.
