i think it is the time for Malaysia to have special court to settle this kind of problems. The jurisdiction of which court shall hear this matter will be solved if we have this special court to settle dispute with regard marriage and dissolution when one party is a muslim and the other is non-muslim
It is also crucial for the judges to answer all the constitutional issues which had been put forward before them. They need to solve it rather than dismiss the case just because technicality matter. I'm inclined to submit that those constitutional issues shall be addressed by the judges. If we keep avoid from make a decision which is very paramount then it will led to injustice.

I wonder if Vision 2020 is a mistake since the vision is more likely to ensure unity and form 'Negara Bangsa' Malaysia in which we will be regard as Malaysian regardless malays,chinese or indian.
