I've road the streets and been just about ran over a number of time from people not realy looking both ways when pulling out to someone parked on the wrong side of the street with other cars parked the right way and other times they would pass me then make a right turn in front of me. Even on the bike path when I would be coming up behind people walking and I would say "on your left " and woundn't you know they would move to the left . Yes some bikers don't stop at stop signs but i've also seen cars not stopping too.

He got lucky with just disorderly conduct. I think the police could have charged him with obstructing a police investigation also? Just do what the officer asks and be done with it. He was the one making it a racial issue.

for everyone out there that is wondering why oregon schools are in the shape there in with all the cut backs, shorter school year well it's because of people like them. we have laws now that protect the water ways and the replanting of the logged off units. back in the day when the schools were receiving timber revenue they were doing quite well, kids had band, p.e. and everything that has been cut over the past 20 - 30 years. a good place to go would be up lost creek south of dexter and look around most of that is second growth.
