That's one of the most disgusting stories I've read in a long time. Thank goodness the wife had access to a gun and the courage to use it. The punishment for the husband should be exactly what he planned for his wife: a violent rape with no mercy. I hope he gets several of those during his prison stay.

Someone should remind him that the economy sucks, young people can't find jobs, cuts to higher education have been deep, and tuition has skyrocketed.

Only 23 years old. What a sad, sad story. He truly is a hero for trying to do the right thing. Condolences to his family and friends.
The murderer should spend the rest of his life in jail. Although in cases like this I'm starting to lean toward the death penalty.

Good work SPD. In a situation that could have escalated into serious problems, I think the officer showed restraint by only using pepper spray. Could have used a night stick, stun gun, etc. What a bunch of cry baby thugs. Stay home and you'll stay out of trouble.

I happened to see her interviewed on TV this morning and what a dilusional narcissistic woman. I feel so sorry for her daughter. With a mom like that she has no chance of a mentally healthy childhood. Please people, do not buy her book.
