Actually Dick Morris is correct the cancer death rate is higher in UK than USA. This is becasue of one simple reason we live longer in UK, and as you get older the risk of cancer dramatically increases. We live longer in the UK because our healthcare system is far better than the one in USA, having lived and worked in the USA trust me the UK system is light years ahead. Admittedly you want the high end experiemntal treatment that less than 2% of the population actually needs then USA is better but for the basic healthcare to keep 98% of the population healthy the UK does it better.
