I wanted to say, if I have a video directly pointed by its URL, for example this one: http://www.fdn.fr/minitel.avi

Would it be possible to convert a video with only its URL ?
If a website allow us to download the file, we actually have to download it, convert it, and upload it. Pasting directly the URL is infinitely easier.
