Good morning John,
I've been using Dragon NaturallySpeaking for quite some time, since version 7. My overall impression of Dragon NaturallySpeaking is that they have continued to make improvements in the performance and recognition of the software. The biggest areas of improvement seem to be in the areas of custom commands, performance and with the latest version, being able to turn off specific aspects of the software. My opinion of the recognition of the software continues to be steady. I think Dragon NaturallySpeaking doesn't excellent job of transcribing the words that I speak into visual text. My overall opinion of software, not just Dragon NaturallySpeaking, is that if the software is working just fine for you, there's no need to upgrade. I think everyone needs to simply evaluate what they use the software for and make their own judgments.
