Good to know the Government can spy on us with out reason (Patriot Act, Speed Cameras, ect..), but WE THE PEOPLE cannot spy on other people that are actually doing something wrong.

I will certainly hope this gets taken to the Supreme Court.

That is not true, in fact, the age of consent in Iowa is 16, and the law says nothing about being 6 years older than the other person, only 4 years if they are 14 or 15.

Unfortunately the United States Constitution has reign over any of the "rules" because absolutely there is freedom of speech when it comes to facebook (see employers firing employees over facebook status lawsuits) This is completely ridiculous. She lied about her age, he need not be held responsible. SHE needs to have charges placed against HER!!

That's too much work when they can get their information for a biased news source and have other people do their thinking for them, resulting in banter that shows how ignorant and uneducated they are.

And you really missed my point in my above post, which shows because you decide to pick apart the mundane example, and ignore what was actually important.

Law boy? Stating my case? Do you even read my responses, or are you just concerned about belittling other people?

Yes you can. Will you probably go to jail? No, but who knows, you might be dealing with some liberal prosecutor running for reelection. But it's a lot like the concept as if someone walks into your home. You CANNOT use deadly force if all they do is walk away with your TV. Believe me if you want, I don't care. It is simply my educated opinion. Do with it as you please. I am just saying, there is no need to play hero at every little situation.

Edit: especially if it is at a bank that has a sign such as Hills. That looks really good to the jury, let me tell you.

I answered the only question you asked me. You do not need to take my advice, but as a law student and someone who spends a lot of time researching cases with scenarios such as these, I would HIGHLY recommend you do bit of your own research, because you do have to face the consequences of your actions, you sound as if you are above the law because of your firearm. You keep saying, well that's what the police would do, blah blah.. Well news flash, you are not any sort of LEO. If you think the cops would really pull out their firearms on a guy that isn't making any threatening moves and doesn't appear to be armed, you are crazy. And if he does have a gun, and you pull your gun out, maybe he will run away, but what are you going to do if he reaches in his pocket? Blow him away? Let me guess, you would not, realizing you will be arrested and probably convicted of murder for escalating the situation, and if not, at the very least, if you discharge your weapon in public, it costs the average person $10,000 in legal fees.

I am sure I speak for a lot of people, because I am someone who is very pro-gun and pro carry, and you are someone who scares me. I can see why people have become anti gun. Oh and learn to type.

Here is one for all of you that think the wild west is going to break out:

There is a city that requires you to own a firearm. Compare that with Chicago and what banning guns does....
