Saw a performance of My Coma Dreams in San Francisco and was really moved by it - to laughter as well as tears. I think memories of it will really stick with me.

If you check out the Gay Egypt website, which is run by actual Egyptian gays, they were supportive of the overthrow of the dictator both before and afterwards.

There are a lot of different factions involved in this revolution, and the Muslim Brotherhood is not the strongest.

The scaremongering about Sharia law and the U.S. Constitution seems pretty ignorant of how our legal system actually works.

But in a world that is, let's face it, overpopulated, is it really such a moral good to produce more children? Maybe non-breeding gays and lesbians are more moral. (If the world's not overpopulated, how many more billions do you think is a good idea?)

Sexuality is a continuum - different people have different inclinations, and depending on what that inclination is, they will tend to express it in different ways.

The study summary doesn't seem to break down what percentage of kids are in what sort of family (married biological parents, single parent, single parent with unmarried partner, etc).
