Bike sharing and bike lanes are a total waste of time and money. The rush/push to implement this type of boondoggle is a result of the U. N. Agenda 21 initiative. The goal of this initiative is to remove people from the land, abolish private ownership of property and force everyone into urban areas where there will be no modes of transportation that uses carbon based fuels allowed. This initiative is being force fed to Americans at the state and local levels by regulation of land and water use with names like "sustainable development" and "open spaces".

Don't respond to my post and call me a conspiracy theorist, instead use the time to learn a little about it. Start here http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/. All this "planning" is aimed at transferring wealth from rich counties to poor countries in the form of fines, fees and taxes with the long range goal of removing human impact from the planet by population control and the elimination of any human activity that impacts the environment, use your imagination here, if CO2, carbon dioxide, is now considered a pollutant and we exhale it...draw your own conclusions here, despite the fact that plants and trees require CO2 to survive. The point of Agenda 21 is total, global control of everything by the environmental mafia.

That dingbat Pelosi is also under the delusion that unemployment checks stimulate the economy. UNEMPLOYMENT CHECKS DO NOT STIMULATE THE ECONOMY, THEY JUST HELP PEOPLE EAT WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE A JOB.

I really hope that they just don't understand economics and they are not just out right lying to the people to cover up for the utter failure of Obama to do anything but drive the economy into the ground. This administration is so out of touch with America they might as well be living in Greece. Moochelle is on her 16th vacation, the "president" is on his umpteenth round of golf and there are lavish, expensive parties at the White house every time I turn around. The ruling elite is living large while Americans are unemployed, broke and starving......Nice.

They really don't want real "true tax fairness" because that would be that everyone pays taxes and that would eliminate the income of most of the "occupiers". To me "true tax fairness" would be that every person pays something instead of the top 40% of Americans paying 70% of all taxes, that is not at all fair. Something else that isn't fair is the people that get a refund greater than the amount they have paid because of tax credits, essentially getting paid for breathing and this needs to stop also. Every person that lives in America, except for the elderly and those that are really disabled, should pay something in income taxes if anyone pays any tax. I don't even want to start on a discussion about how an income tax is not fair to anyone in the first place but, bottom line, you live here and "benefit" from the county you should have to contribute something to it. No more free-riders!

Obama is shoving the country toward Socialism with every step. Non-recess recess appointments, health care and the net neutrality are only the most recent examples. Mean while the Congress sits on their thumbs and the judiciary pushes the repressive, big government agenda forward with rulings that have absolutely no basis in the Constitution. We the people must start to do a better, more vocal job of opposing this with actual protests and demonstrations because it's obvious that Congress isn't going to be influenced by phone calls, emails and letters. We can no longer sit back and delude ourselves into thinking that the Obama administration isn't engaged in an all out war on our Constitution and working feverishly to plunge this country into the same chaos that Greece and the rest of Europe is in.

Patriots, it's time to stand and fight for our way of life, our liberty, our freedom and our Constitution!!!!

First let me say that I am most certainly not a supporter of the current administration but the current leadership has nothing to do with a court decision. This travesty falls squarely on the head of the judges that were involved with the case. First the judge that didn't throw the suit out when it was first filed and then the judge that presided over the circus that was the trial. I am curious, was there a jury? If so, the people on the jury also have some responsibility. All that aside, this is absolutely unacceptable, these people are not citizens and therefore have no standing to bring action against the entity that rightfully arrested. I would really like to know what their basis for the suit was.

Unfortunately this also punishes the business that is just tying to exist. We need to encourage all union members to work to de-certify the union and support "right to work" legislation in all states.

The Tea Party would NOT be creating a mess. If they camped out for a night or two they would only leave behind a cleaner park with the trash cans emptied and the sidewalks swept.

These "occupiers" are a member of one of two groups, they are either spoiled children looking for free food or they are extremely dangerous anarchists. In either case they need to be moved along or arrested anytime two or more are in the same place for more than 5 minutes.

The only way to help the students get a decent education from the public school system and not bankrupt the state any more is to eliminate the teachers union. End of story!
