Brian I like your new format and I've been watching every episode. I do, however, realize that I am not an auditory learner. So, I listen but it doesn't stick in my brain. I too used to cut, paste, and forward your old version format to friends, co-workers, and family. I won't give up on the new format. I think I need to re-read, "Who Moved My Cheese." ; )
