Hello my name is spc kelsey i am a california national guardsman i was part of 1-102 inf and in sgt millers platoon and there on the day the insurgent was killed and the attack after and at his court marshal sgt miller was a great soldier there is alot of the story that was never brought to light as me and several others were sent to ft campbell but were not allowed to testify on his behalf the insurgent was seen the ady before in a truck full of armed insurgents one of our other sgts failed to detain them there fore they were let go only to have there one guy atta or whatever his name is come in our defensive perimiter after he was killed and sgt miller was taken by mps we were threatened by the ana and yes they did hide while we were under attack. i was in sgt millers platoon why dont you try killing a man point blank and see what you do that haji along with our terp and the ana all almost got us killed that night the man that miller killed was our warning that they were coming for us since we had been sitting there for three days by that point and also the man that sgt miller killed drove by us the day before with three other trucks full of fighting age males all with rpgs ak47s and pkms so it was not like this guy was lost

for now i will keep my name as j doe but i was with sgt miller in afghanistan i was in his platoon and i fully support him it is wrong for what they charged him with and that stupid haji interpiter almost got us killed also and now he is in the united states living amongst us we in the infantry are trained to do this countrys dirty work and when we do we are punished for it by being taken from our familys and sent to jail this is wrong and the american people need to step up for us because our leaders will not i no longer have ANY faith to our nations leaders this never used to happen
