No problem. We as producers pitch our show to PBS in hopes that they will broadcast it. All of the funding comes from the underwriters to make the show. PBS does not pay to air any of the shows you see.

Some local PBS stations have their own productions, most notably WNET in New York and WGBH in Boston. A lot of the funding for those productions comes from the CPB, Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which is affiliated with PBS, but is a private, nonprofit company.

As long as the shows are being broadcast on PBS, we are not able to make them available for torrent downloads, it is a good idea though. And actually PBS is surprisingly good about getting out the content on the internet. They are always reaching out to new video websites, and adding their shows to them. With the exception of torrent download, which I don't foresee them adding their stuff to any time soon, only because it is not as easily managed or tracked.

Hey Roger, just wanted to clear a few things up from your post. Even though our series is on PBS, there was no public funding involved, so none of your tax-dollars went in to score Mr. Pitt ;)

If you want to share the video with people, go to our website www.e2-series.com, and click on Webcasts, you will be able to view the episode there, as well as some of our other episodes you might take a liking too.

Also, PBS is starting to put a lot of their content online at http://video.pbs.org A few e2 series shows are up there right now, but not Paris: Velo Liberte.
