There is as much gun control on a federal military installation as there is for an elementary school - literally. It is UNLAWFUL to carry onboard a federal military installation ANY personal firearm. Yet another gun-free zone for terrorists to take advantage of.

This terrorist was stopped WITH A GUN. Had ALL of those soldiers been armed with loaded weapons, he wouldn't have killed half as many as he did.

Imagine that...liberals silencing the TRUTH, while letting outright lies remain on their website.

And here I was thinking, after first reading the title of the article, that the writer would be pining for days of integrity and objectivity in reporting.

Ha! Joke was on me. Instead, the writer is calling for government bailouts (takeovers) of news institutions, and essentially is calling for his rich liberal buds to fork over cash in order to preserve an important tool in their political arsenal.

You want to know why storied organizations such as the New York Times are failing? Because decades ago they shed any semblance they had of good journalism, and instead donned the robe of liberal activism - and lied to us the whole way, thinking we were too stupid to see the wardrobe change.

Rush Limbaugh was but the latest episode in what is endemically wrong wtih the media - they are driving an agenda, not reporting news, and will even participate in outright fabrication to achieve the ends of that agenda. THAT'S why they're failing. They are naught but liars and charlatans, and arrogantly look down their noses at people who correctly see them for what they are.
