I agree no one should be charged w/ the actual death, but I do however feel they should be held accountable for selling the drugs, this is illegal and I feel any and all drug dealers, if found guilty of selling should get punished for the crime. I do agree trying to nail everyone with murder is rediculous, as said before, Amy wanted the drug, and choose to do it of her own free with, no matter how sad her death, she is at fault.

I pray that the grandpa makes a full and speedy recovery! I can't imagine what would cause a 14 yo kid to do this. Thoughts and prayer go out to the family and friends.
