His lack of remorse is chilling. I doubt that 30 months in prison and the programs he has to go thru will change him in the least. He is going to be surprised when he gets out though. He is despised by the community and will most likely not be able to find any work, will have lost his home and any other possessions, and hopefully will be on the sex offender list. Whether he cares or not his son and grandsons are dead. He will most likely have to leave the area and hide somewhere, if possible. The name Powell is despicable and shameful. The entire family may need to leave. Good riddance. Society will see to it that he serves a life sentence after his 30 months.

This isn't going to happen. Because he worked in prison system he can be placed in solitary confinement for his protection.
It's become pretty clear to me especially since the major killing spree last week that our Police Chief is not around. There is something major going on there and I find the news sources to be keeping completely quiet about it. Where is Diaz and what is going on??????

You obviously have never been a parent who has a mentally ill child in this state. There is absolutely NOTHING you can do to get them treatment if they are legally an adult. There rights overrule that. Our Mental Health system is a total failure.

I find it interesting that there is a description of the killer from the cafe in Roosevelt area but even though there is a witness to this argument and shooting there is no description of the man.
