Sure, you can make any claim you want, at least there is a newspaper reporting what this post says. Where is your TeleSUR / CNN report, at least show a link to a leftest news agency showing your claims.

Please provide the section of the Honduran Constitution that explicitly states your claims. Are you a Honduran attorney? How have you acquired your expertise in Honduran Law and Constitution?

Thank you for expressing yourself on this website.

So are you saying the Supreme Court issuing an order to the Military to remove Zelaya was acting in accordance to the Constitution and Laws of Honduras? Can you provide any additional information and Internet links to support your statement?

Thank you

When you break the law and have an arrest warrant, do you have the right to sleep in your home and have the authorities wait for when it is convenient for you to be taken into custody ?

My understanding is the military was under the orders of the Supreme Court to arrest Zelaya...quoting the Wall Street Journal by Mary O'Grady:

It remains to be seen what Mr. Zelaya's next move will be. It's not surprising that chavistas throughout the region are claiming that he was victim of a military coup. They want to hide the fact that the military was acting on a court order to defend the rule of law and the constitution, and that the Congress asserted itself for that purpose, too.

Ray, are you an expert in Honduran Law? If so, maybe you could provide some insights. Please provide your opinion of the legal course of action that should have been taken regarding the arrest of Zelaya.

Thanks!
