if you minum/makan banyak fiber, than you perlukan air extra but 3-4 liter sounds like a lot ... plus maybe its more european body size ..... kita malaysia kecik2 belaka :)

tak. jangan risau. in fact, women seharusnya berlatih dengan beban just as intense as men ... itu baru dinamakan senaman beban yg berquality.

but women tidak akan membentuk otot seperti lelaki kerana kekurangan hormon testosterone.

elakkan carbohydrates sebelum jogging .... kalau selepas pun, tunggu dalam 30minit terlebih dahulu so that maximize your elevated heart rate to burn calories and hopefully fat.
