I just called the G.I. people to find out why I'm getting paid almost $400 less than what an E-5 with dependents should be making for the 9/11 Bill and their answer is "all of our computers are currently paying out 2009 BAH rates and we can't change it manually. there's a bill in congress though that's getting a program started for backpay!"
