No one can be sure of that. That's the risk you take in owning a home. If circumstances change and you can't afford your home, then you have to sell or face foreclosure. You don't go crying to the bank asking them to forget what you agreed to.

I agree with you. You said what I always say, "Someone give me a logical and rational reason as to why there should be no gay marriage and I'll reconsider." Instead, all I hear is this crazy "Christian" nonsense.

Can't believe I never thought of the term "gayrriage." Nice one. But where I think you go wrong is claiming marriage as a Christian term. It's a legal term. Don't we consider marriages between a man and woman done outside of a church as being just as legal? Don't all who become married (at least in this state) obtain a license from the state to do so, even when having a church marriage?

This is such a controversial subject that I'm a little concerned about the legislature deciding this. I'd like to see the voters decide this issue. Even if you don't agree with the outcome, you can't argue that it wasn't decided by the people.

Also, I'm still waiting for a logical argument against gay marriage. Can anyone provide one?
