this home is so charming and adorable and in a beautiful cozy location! it is a much better idea to renovate an existing structure ---improving & progressing rather than wasting great foundations. Upstate NY is absolutely beautiful all year. I cannot wait to watch & be involved this year!! Very exciting :)
