He just proves again what the politically informed already know, to the ruling cartel, all are interchangeable.

They are part of one Republicrat Party.

And truth be told, the GOP would rather Obama, a man they "can do(fishy) business with" than Ron Paul, the one they can't.

NDAA was written by the GOP and passed by the majority of GOP, 1/2 the Democrats voted against it. So put the blame where it belongs. BHO is just the latest henchman of the RepubliCrats, who double team us, even as they divide it. Tossing BHO will not change the policy, a policy now dictated by the UN and not the American people. Chop off the BHO head of the Hydra, many more grow back. Those of you who think voting for ObamNEY is the answer, please, think again. Romney advocates and defends the cancellation of the Bill of Rights in the "Patriot" (the more apt name, Traitor) Act and its final death knell, NDAA. The candidate who stands firmly against all this is Ron Paul, he has written legislation gutting both Pat Act and NDAA. No, he can't cure all ills, only the American people rising to defend and restore our land, can. But he will be as he has been for decades, the voice of opposition in DC, a voice that is sorely needed. Media will HAVE to give exposure to the Constitutional POV that RP has espoused thru decades in DC.

Can't say about Catholics but the evangelicals are going to Ron Paul in great numbers, not Romney: http://americanvisionnews.com/2869/doug-wead-evan...

And since Romney and Romneycare, provide abortion services, since Romney has flip flopped publically on this issue, I do believe it's doubtful that the assumptions and presumptions stated here, that Romney is somehow "heir apparent" rings true.

If you want ot protect life, born and unborn, liberty, pursuit of happiness and the right to own (nd defend) property, Romney is not it. Ron Paul, is.

Romney is the same side of the same evil coin as is Obama and why many refer to him as "Obamalite."

Just remember, the "Nuremberg Defense," ("I was just following orders') won't work when the day of reckoning comes. And it WILL come.

There are three comments below that are really all one but wouldn't "fit." Sorry they are disjointed.

You see, the next "necessaries" on the assault upon our liberties were/are so aggregious, the GOP could not get away with putting them in. So they have their complicit alter ego, whose constituency is "liberal" take the exec. office to complete Bush's work called the Patriot Act, more aptly named the Traitor Act.
Bush started the assault on the Bill of Rights and dismantled the ones that could be "sold" as "security," and to the conservative base. In order to complete the rout, they needed a "liberal" figurehead to completely disband the rest, one whose base would not be disturbed.

I will make one note which will say this all, that BOTH parties are complicit in all the outrages, that is this last outrage, NDAA which completed the cancellation of the bill of rights, Posse Comitatus, Habeas Corpus, 4th and 5th Amendments. This was passed a few weeks ago by a CLEAR MAJORITY OF BOTH HOUSES.
If no other volley across our bow demonstrates that the GOP is as complicit in the takedown of our nation, this alone should do it.

I DO believe your mistrust is well placed. Did media choose BHO? You answered your own question by noting their lies of ommission. If you recall, as truth came out, they also buried it. Combine that with the GOP refusal to address the issues prior, at best they paid lip service, yes, media did what the machine told them.

BTW, there is only ONE candidate on record against the NDAA, all others defend it. That is Ron Paul. On this account alone, he should get everyone's vote.

That he is also pledged to get us out of the UN is another.

Every candidate up there is the machine candidate, the machine that voted for NDAA.

As for myself, I am neither suicidal nor suicidal for my nation. I will vote Ron Paul. Whether he gets the GOP nod, or not. He has a decades old voting record that is not only consisitently constitutional, has never voted to raise taxes, he is anathema to the machine.

We need the voice of opposition in DC.

Santorum is a closet liberal. His big gov't voting, his votes against the promises made to his constituents is what got him tossed as their Pa. Rep. years ago. He may have dusted off the old image and reconstituted a new "speech,:" but ask the good people of Pa. just how conservative he really is and how what he says during the campaign does not translate to what he does, in office.
