The tired old canard of Democrats--"spending" equals not confiscating more money from the citizenry. In their world, tax rates right up to 100% only add to Federal coffers and do absolutely nothing to harm the economy.

So following Byron's logic, the Dems can "spend" less by taking every available cent out of the private sector so that they can "invest" in "job growth"....and the American people have spoken in the recent election that they want the President and Congress to "work together" and the newly-elected Republican freshmen had better "compromise". Somebody either get this poor guy a white coat with a padded room!

Umm, I think Dear Leader had his Oklahoma City Moment. It was Major Nidal Hassan. Like so much else the past two years, he misjudged incredibly and blew his chance. His incompetence will likely give him several more opportunities, but I don't see a different outcome with any of them.

Let's just play by their rules! Either a really good conservative lawyer sues SEIU for damages on behalf of Gladney, or we show up with police batons wherever SEIU is protesting/assembling and kneecap the whole lot of them. The minute bullys realize that you can show up with twice the force and fury as they do, they tend to go back to the rat holes they came from.
