Very true, so many people exist rather than live, it's very sad. Almost as sad as watching people devote there lives to religion, limiting their experiences to the laws of religious doctrine.

Being Dead is a frightening concept to get your head around. I often during my day, stop and the realisation that one day I will be dead hits me. It stops me in my tracks, frozen with fear, shock, anger. Which revolves around the fact that everything will still exist after the moment of my death, but I will not. The process of dying pales in comparison to the cold bolt of reality of 'being dead'. Not being. The reality that everyone will die, people I know, care for, and love is a double edge sword. Rendering life with an undercurrent of sadness that can never go away, but focusing the mind on appreciating people and the moment for everything that it is, fleeting moments that will live in my mind until I fade into nothingness.
