I agree. The more I listen to this trial the more I am baffled at how this case even went to court. Zimmermans only fault is that he isn't a dark latino.

First off the Downtown area doesn't = wealthy residents, it equals businesses. If you would drive through the side streets etc.. you would see just how bad it is. I am not saying it is the worst zip but it was the one that I was looking at for the project.

Old houses are awesome when taken care of, I agree that it is all up to who lives there. My point was the lack of actual new housing development that was taking place in that area.

I heard that the phone companies weren't contacted. That doesn't mean that they didn't shut them down on their own. They have the power to do that without asking.
