Are you saying that what Iran does on OUR soil is none of our business??
And yet the dullards in Washington think that now is the time to slash the military....
Well, now, Ms. Amy - I guess you fancy yourself a modern day Tokyo Rose. But I don't think it will work any better for the Socialist Left in America than it did for the Imperial Japanese. Anything that stops a rogue Congress in its tracks and hinders it from doing further damage to this country sits extremely well with me. And I think the electorate that sent quite a few anti-Constitutionalists home in November will be equally pleased.
As a U.S. Army soldier, my oath is to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Mr. Klein is a domestic enemy of the Constitution. The threat that he and others of his ilk pose to the rest of us is far more virulent than anything Osama Bin Laden could ever hope to create. Klein represents the enemy within. We ridicule him now; tomorrow we discover what a system is like where no "binding" Constiutional restraints exist to hold back despotism and tyranny. Picture this: Nazi Germany equipped with today's surveillance technology and modern weaponry....
I agree with Spirit_of_1976: Let's demonstrate to the U.N. buffoons what "draconian immigration measures" really means.
And, naturally, she's a member of the Congressional Black Caucus. Does anybody know of a single member of the CBC that's not a crook?
Obama is systematically alienating this countries allies. It's hard to imagine that he's not doing it on purpose. That makes Obama an enemy of the American nation. I, on the other hand, am an officer in the U.S. Army. We soldiers have sworn an oath to protect this country against all enemies, foreign or domestic. We've also sworn an oath to obey the President as Commander in Chief. Isn't it a dandy dilemma that we find outselves in when the Commander in Chief is at the same time a domestic enemy?
Um hmm. Whatever. We've heard it all before. If one crisis doesn't pan out, move on to another one. Got over it, Lefties. You've lost your credibility (to the extent you ever had any).
Who said anything about immigrants? I'm all for immigration. We're all immigrants or descendants of immigrants.
The issue is lawlessness and anarchy, not immigration. You either support the rule of law, or you don't. You can't have it both ways by trying to divert the issue to whether people favor "immigration."
Unfortunately, we have a cabal in power right now in Washington which views the rule of law as an obstacle to the imposition of its utopian vision. Anarchy, after all, can be a useful tool in the quest for absolute power. That's happened before (many times) in history--Germany, Russia, etc.,--and it never turns out well.
These are private citizens that the NYT is purposefully targetting for exposure. Unlike the military, the families of these folks can sue for the injuries and deaths that the NYT's irresponsibility and recklessness causes. If people die as a result of this, then I sincerely hope that the families back home hit this slander rag with such an onslaught of legal attacks that nothing remains in the aftermath but a stinking, bloody corpse.
