I do think Twitter has done a good job of simplifying the interface on their site. And of course they OWN Tweetdeck. But I still think Twitter suffers from a "what are we going to do with this now" issue. Small businesses simply can't get the value proposition, unless, of course they are couponing. But there's got to be more to Twitter.
