Once the blood becomes saturated the first place it deposites its self is the brain, heart and reproductive organs. Its not Reefer madness its falt out scientific fact. but dont worry about facts. just keep writing articles(opinion pieces). opinion peices and excuses are like A$$holes. everybody has one and they all stink.

The laws that have been passed are in effect unless they are ruled as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, or by a lower court and then the Supreme Court lets that decision stand. The FACT is that the federal government has authority to enforce ALL prohibition on any drug that is ILLEGAL. Do you understand the LEGAL PROCESS? Next you will say they have no legal basis for collecting taxes. Nor do they have the right to enforce any firearm regulations?
Civics 101. (short version) A law is passed. it goes into effect, it is enforced. someone dont like the law. either it is done away with by the same people who passed it or the more common occurance someone is arrested for, in this case drugs. they are convicted, they appeal, it ends up in the Supreme court and is either its ruled constitional or not. maybe more people should watch the old sat. morning shows called school house rock.

Unconstitutional prohibitions? Last time I checked the Harrison pure food and drug act has never been ruled unconstitutional. That was just the first of many laws that criminalized drugs. In order for a law to be "Unconstitutional" the court has to rule it is unconstitutional.
