The fact that the congress is the sole power, at this point, to determine whether Obama is or was eligible is NOT the point. If the president is not a nature born citizen of this country then he has LIED to all of america and his crediblity is zero and his ability to govern as a sitting president is zero! The american public would demand his resignation or his removal by impeachment
