No change required in Zendesk. you only to enter your Zendesk credentials in the "Set Destination" tab.

Pete, This is awesome. I'm glad SnapABug is working as advertised :-)

But, we cannot really take all the credit for it, most of the ideas we've implemented in SnapABug actually came from our customers (through SnapABug).
As you explained very well, the one on one feedback is critical to build a product that people will really use and love.

We are thinking of adding the field mapping capability that we have for Zendesk and Salesforce to Pivotal Tracker. This would let you customize the title with any SnapABug data or JavaScript variables from your application.
