Yeah, I know. I just replied to your part of the thread because you talked about researching the story. Also, I didn't reference anyone specifically. Why are people who comment here so darn picky about the irrelevant things?
In addition to that, it's possible that the obituary misspelled her married name.
Wow, horrible reporting! Keen eye to have found that, but the Camera should've known. Heck, they printed the obit, and when I used to live in Boulder, even I could keep up with the obits just as a reader.
Congrats, and great piece! I like the framing of it and I think it could make a lot of sense to more people than the way a lot of debt counseling articles try to explain it. Definitely will be passing this on!
Is this only the second time? Because I swear this is total deja vu.
The DP says 18-year-old woman, you guys say man, can we have a pool on who's reported this correctly? Anyone?
It's really not the media this time. I think they need to keep digging, at least on a local level -- it'll get to the truth.
Used to. But you don't have to work there or like the product to have a positive opinion about it. You also don't have to like something to sell their product, even if it helps. Why do all of these people who also do not work for Crocs care about shoes they'll never buy? Works both ways.
What, you guys don't like my comment? It makes sense for Crocs. Crocs employees have wondered for a very long time why there is no store on Pearl St. It's better than selling them at Elitch Gardens or in a single kiosk in the Flatirons Mall, which has issues with space and logic (the storeroom is not easy to access). It only makes sense for Crocs, and hey, even though it's corporate, it still provides a lot of jobs for people here in Boulder County. It's better than Urban Outfitters or even American Apparel for that matter.
Just because you guys don't like Crocs doesn't mean that a lot of people don't buy them. There are a lot of parents, especially mothers, who love Crocs, and they will likely never back down from that. While the support for Crocs is not like it used to be, it's still pretty big -- they are just working on scaling it back to a smaller company, where it belongs, and from there I think they will have moderate success.
