Thanks! The rest of the story is coming. Along with a rewritten and updated version of the Demonic Crusade and Angelic Jihad.

Book one is awaiting revision when I get done drafting book 2. The stuff you read is the beginning of book 4. So, getting there, slowly.

I like the guilt idea. It sounds like you're talking about the same thing I was worried about in the article, crossing the line between authenticity and parody. Because Susan is SO different from me, I don't know how far is too far.

That said, I do know people who worship Jesus, Ronald Reagan and Ayn Rand, and not necessarily always in that order. They also exist.

No, I don't know why italicized text is in a different font and size. Will investigate. #stupidcss

It's my understanding that the proximity sensor issues have to do with something that gets brought over during the upgrade, a corrupt setting or something. I heard that if you restore your iPhone as a new phone you won't have this issue. I know it's a pain, but I set up my iPhone 4 from scratch rather than from a backup of my 3G, and I don't have this issue. If you can't wait for Apple to release a fix, you could always try that.

I'm using Egretlist for my iPhone, which allows me to set up a full GTD implementation using just Evernote and checkboxes in notes!

It definitely takes longer to sync, especially on the iPhone. Normal workflow in Evernote itself seems pretty quick.

Actually, they say they aren't. I uspect this has something to do with their being purchased by Amazon last year. The Kindle app has been updated for the iPad.

Apple is proving increasingly with the iPad that Flash support isn\'t required after all.

I\'ve used the iPhone primarily with web apps. It\'s really easy, you can even put icons to them on your homescreen just like native apps. But it\'s not the same. Google has done some amazing things with their webapps to get around Apple\'s iron grip on the App Store, but when push comes to shove, I\'d still rather use Reeder than the web app of Google Reader.

That was the idea behind the original iPhone. It didn't work.
