I have a pair of felted wool pads from Norway that are divine, but suggest just taking old wool sweaters from Goodwill, layering them together, sewing around the edge, and felting them in the washing machine. good article

I would agree with you on this oneNo longer were the machine required to be belted to the central drive shaft that was driven by the single steam engine. But the first factories that introduced the electrical motors merely decommissioned the steam engine.
