I honestly cannot believe what I just observed on that tape. I have been in Law Enforcement for almost 7 years, and I have to saw I am outraged. I can't imagine this happening to an adult, let alone a 15 year old. The best thing would have been to shut the door on her and charge her with assault, because she kicked her shoe off and hit the deputy. Case Closed!!! What this "deputy" did was take this whole thing to a whole new level, giving this 15 year old the beating of a lifetime. I am so glad to see that this guy is getting charged, although I do not think that the charges are high enough for what he has done. We can only pray that he is convicted of the crime and looses his job and his law enforcement certification. Unfortunately, this one pathetic deputy's actions will cause many more to dislike and distrust the police.
