Well said. I can't say I'm entirely blameless when it comes to mispelling. There are days that I go off on a riff and don't even think to spellcheck! Not saying that it's attractive, but I don't mind a few spelling errors now and again in blog posts. It shows that we're human, and I sure don't have an editor proofreading everything that I put out there :0)

I agree with you there Robert. Perhaps look at SugarCRM.com. I\'ve used them for a while now and love the service. It\'s simple and straightforward and offers all the integrations you\'d expect.

Referral marketing is one of the best ways to pick up new business, for sure. I think that's why Twitter and Facebook have seen tremendous growth from businesses.

I use Google Analytics a lot but feedburner has gotten finicky on me. Since Google rolled them up into their services, it seems like the service is a lot less useful. Sure, Feedburner tracks RSS feeds, but even that is all over the place (and I'm not talking about the 'weekend drop' or anything like that. Some days I log in and I have about 1/3 as many RSS subs as I did the day before. Then it jumps back up the next day.

This particular service doesn't allow you to make a LinkName - but there might be others out there. If the LinkName is important to me, I'll use Wordpress's GoCodes plugin..
