Reading the quotes of the house members on The Hill, it looks like they are starting to get locked in to a commitment about their vote. I can't imagine getting the votes with abortion funding in it as in the current form. The Dem leadership has been very committed to their Pro Choice constituency, more than to expanding entitlements. Here's a question: is it possible to go back and have some sort of judicial ruling against this bill if it is passed if it is passed in the method you describe above?

I want to compliment you on the photos that you used for Speaker Pelosi and Leader Reid. Many of the photos posted on Drudge are intensely ugly, focusing on their wrinkly necks. Good for you for not demonizing our opponents.
