Why would any competent coach without some serious misstep on his resume want anything to do with Mike Bohn's House of Chickens__t? This instant offer to the first guy to agree to a visit bespeaks the four-alarm panic in the upper echelons of the Athletic Department, and perhaps above that!

I think that it is worthy of consideration. Do not forget that Hawkins was given five years of ruining a very respectable program. I thin this has more to do with a panicky fool (Hi Mike!) looking for someone, anyone else to hide behind as the Buffs program slowly disintegrates. All of you making such dismissive and sneering comments should take long looks at yourselves.

Well to put this in a positive light, The Buffzone writers are finally able to admit that maybe, just maybe, the AD may have made just just a poor choices in his FHC hires. Next maybe they can admit that a lot of his other hires aren't much better in their respective sports. Maybe Mike Bohn can stop trying to use as little money (with a $20M+ TV revenue pool) as possible for head coaching positions and put some back into CU Athletics. What a concept!

This year's Buffs showed neither poise nor heart. The case can be made that they were not talented enough to win. That may be so, but they rarely seemed to be even engaged in competition. That has to be laid at the feet of this abysmal coaching staff. And,for Pete's sake, don't ignore the horrendous choices made by the Worst Athletic Director In The FBS: Mike Bohn. The broom that sweeps out the Football Staff offices needs to hear up the stairs to the top office.

If memory serves, someone looking into Bohn's record as an AD here and elsewhere found that head coaches he hires have won-lost records well under .500 on ALL sports.

At this point, I think that all these men who emerged from that one tiny car and started coaching @ CU must be left in place. This is for the sake of the kids in the program, whose safety and morale should be the only concern now. Clearly, Embree cannot be trusted to fill staffing positions, and neither can Bohn. Finish the season and clean house in the football program and the AD's office.
