From CDOT: On Monday, November 4 at noon, US 36 will be open to ALL motorists following flood repairs! The correct word is WOE - meaning great sorrow or distress. Just thought you should know. But at least you spelled whoa correctly. More often than not people spell it "woah". So you get a thumbs up :)
