I love the wrap around porch, the outdoor kitchen, and grounds. However, I noticed that with a number of HGTV homes, the homes do not allow for handicap/disability access. Also, impractical is the lack of a bathroom on the main floor for guests, or for when you are busy in the kitchen or laundry (or rushing home), and bedrooms only on the 2nd floor..which again, leaves out options for disabled family or guests. You design the home for entertaining, but what do your guests do when needing to visit the bathroom ? Rummage through your private master suite ? Be left alone going through your child's room ? Not good HGTV.
