Great book this morning, easy listening and very much a commonsense approach to thinking and living a more chillaxed life! I have been using the power of three approach to the PN's challenge - I listen to each note three times across the day - first thing as part of my morning habits, next time is usually in the middle of the afternoon when I get the journal out and take some notes, actions and exercises. I then get some research on the Author and additional quotes and references from the note. Lastly, around bedtime my Wife and I listen and pause taking notes and discussing the key areas - then we identify our 3 key 'take home messages' to add into our life - by the end of the challenge we will have listed 150 key life messages!!! Bring on note number 4! Be awesome and live with purpose, Bobby.
