Watched Courageous last week (another EXCELLENT movie & message) and it had a trailer for Monumental on it....went right out and checked out the web site.

really-why are they abdicating their power to sign a contract with terms of agreed upon arrangement-shoot invite your family and friends and have a 'ceremony'-get plastered and have gifts.
It's called a civil union though-not marriage as defined by most cultures since the time of written history.
Even if they don't believe in God (who originally defined it).

this is about spoiled children wanting to hear from mom and dad that what they do is okay and has their blessing.
the gov is not your mom and dad-get over it. you have the power to do whatever you want already.
doesn't seem to stop you from having sex with the same gender.
why would you stop yourself from signing a contract.

this is just another liberal 'shiny thing' to distract from REAL issues.
